Member Service Representative - Munhall

Full time position
The Member Service position will be responsible for serving our members daily by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our products and services, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and services
- Properly identify members or potential members and document and update member records based interactions
- Cross-sell products and services by providing information about the product
- Accurately perform teller and member service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, shared ceritifcates, opening & closing accounts, IRA's, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems and/or technical issues and concerns
- Handle all member inquires and complaints in person, by phone, or electronic access
- Travel to other branch locations, as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 years
- Ability to build rapport with our members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to perform your work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures

Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager - Munhall, PA
***MUST live within 10-15 miles of the branch applying for***
Full Time position based out of our Munhall branch

Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining all areas of facilities assigned to standards set for all credit union locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain related third-party vendors engaged.
- Maintain assigned tasks such as keeping the property grounds, office lobbies, kitchen, and bathroom's cleaned, floors mopped, garbage cans emptied, and stocking of supplies related and assigned.
- Property maintenance includes landscape such as grass cutting, mulching, tree/scrubs/flower trimming and planting, cleaning garbage and debris, and basic snow shoveling & salting as needed and assigned.
- Light Bulb replacements as needed at all branch locations.
- Maintain all areas of supply ordering, inventories, and stocking.
- General Repairs - painting, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, landscape work, window cleaning, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires 2-5 years of prior related experience.
- Requires general knowledge in facilities management and maintenance to include areas of property Landscape, Plumbing, Electrical, Furnace & Air Conditioning, Asphalt and Concrete maintenance and general repairs.
- Requires use of hand and power tools
- Requires physical labor - moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, no fear of heights indoors and outdoors in varying internal and external weather conditions.
- Must pass related background checks with no criminal records.
- May be required to pass an illegal Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Valid Unexpired Driver's License for driving personal and credit union owned vehicles to work in all assigned locations.
- Professional appearance required with No Visible tattoo’s, facial or tongue piercings.

Technologies Administrator - Munhall

Full time position
The technolgy administrator is responsible for maintaining, coordinating, and implementing all area's and phases of the current and new technology related areas with in the credit union operation.
Tri Boro is looking for to fill an in house and on-site technologies administrator position which is responsible for being the credit union liaison working with all related technology, third parties and credit union employees including management of all internal hardware, software applications, and regulatory requirements with technology security administration.
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse amount of all levels of the credit union technology related areas.
All candidates must have 2 or more years of related credit union experience including directly related education and training.
