Facilities

At Tri Boro FCU we strive to keep our branches in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All branches are equipped with accessible parking spaces, entrances, waiting areas, Member Service and Lending offices for our members with disabilities to complete their financial transactions. Environment

At Tri Boro we want all our members to feel welcome and to be able to complete their banking with ease, regardless of any accessibility needs. All Member Service Representatives and Lending Officers are happy to assist members with reading bank documents aloud, filling out forms or communication through exchange of notes, as well as any additional needs. We also welcome service animals.

Drive-Thru’s & ATMs

Each of Tri Boro FCU’s ATMs has audio-assisted capabilities for people who are visually impaired or blind. Our Munhall & McMurray branches are each equipped with drive-thru tellers and ATMS’s, allowing members to complete transactions without ever needs to leave the car.

Online & Mobile Banking

Tri Boro FCU’s website follows the standards recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. We believe online and mobile banking should be easy for all our members to use.
