Director of Compliance/Internal Auditor/Bank Secrecy Act Officer - Munhall
Full Time position in our Munhall, PA branch

Responsibilities:
- Maintain assigned Internal Auditing Schedule
- Maintain compliance training for all departments
- Maintain all duties of Bank Secrecy Act Officer - completion of government transaction and susupicious activity report filings and agency record reconcilement.
- Maintain Supervisory Committee and Third Party Auditing work assignments and interaction
- Requires the ability to maintain a professional relationship with management, staff, and members through ongoing interaction

Director of Marketing & Business Developement - Munhall
Full Time position in our Munhall, PA branch

Director of Marketing & Business Developement is responsible for maintaining and creating marketing material, marketing campaigns, and quarterly newsletters. Also important is website maintenance, phone system and anouncements, marketing on hold, and member access products and services as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain & update Website and chat feature
- Create Newsletters, Statement messages, Hospital Ads, Lobby Ads
- Create a yearly marketing plan
- Maintain lobby and office material and brochure displays in a professional, fully stocked and organized manor
- Coordinate, assist in, facilitate, and attend, credit union functions as assigned
- Identify advertisement opportunities, event sponsorship and attendance opportunities, along with assisting other employees assigned with related task
- Act as the credit union liaison to identify market related product and service demands for new product and services offerings, and current product and service adjustments
- Maintain sponsorship and advertising request reports and ensure the coordination and completion of board and management approved request
- All other duties as assigned which include receptionist duties
Qualifications:

Assistant Controller
Full Time position in our Munhall, PA branch

Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Controller with the management of all financial and accounting activities within the Credit Union in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the completion and maintenance of all financial reporting including but not limited to monthly- end, Board reports, Asset Liability Management reports, and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL)
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing policies, procedures, processes and internal controls related to operational and accounting functions.
- Oversee the month-end closing process including the review of financial statements, general ledger accounts, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations
- Assist in managing the Credit Unions liquidity to ensure levels are maintained to adequately meet demand
- Oversee all vendor and operational expenses evaluating to ensure expenses are in accordance with accepted and approved proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Complete and maintain required departmental annual vendor due diligence requirements.
- Manage all required tax reporting, including coordination and proof review of member 1099 and 1098 tax documentation
- Assist in the management of the Credit Union’s Investment Portfolio
- Provide support with annual and regulatory audits and exams assisting in the collection of requested documentation
- Cross train to backup departmental work
- Provide support and manage departmental workflow as needed for completion and accuracy in all accounting departments areas
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of related experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the credit union or banking industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required
- Clear understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail and accuracy
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Member Service Representative - Munhall

Full time position
The Member Service position will be responsible for serving our members daily by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our products and services, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and services
- Properly identify members or potential members and document and update member records based interactions
- Cross-sell products and services by providing information about the product
- Accurately perform teller and member service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, shared ceritifcates, opening & closing accounts, IRA's, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems and/or technical issues and concerns
- Handle all member inquires and complaints in person, by phone, or electronic access
- Travel to other branch locations, as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 years
- Ability to build rapport with our members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to perform your work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures

Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager - Munhall, PA

Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining all areas of facilities assigned to standards set for all credit union locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain related third-party vendors engaged.
- Maintain assigned tasks such as keeping the property grounds, office lobbies, kitchen, and bathroom's cleaned, floors mopped, garbage cans emptied, and stocking of supplies related and assigned.
- Property maintenance includes landscape such as grass cutting, mulching, tree/scrubs/flower trimming and planting, cleaning garbage and debris, and basic snow shoveling & salting as needed and assigned.
- Light Bulb replacements as needed at all branch locations.
- Maintain all areas of supply ordering, inventories, and stocking.
- General Repairs - painting, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, landscape work, window cleaning, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires 2-5 years of prior related experience.
- Requires general knowledge in facilities management and maintenance to include areas of property Landscape, Plumbing, Electrical, Furnace & Air Conditioning, Asphalt and Concrete maintenance and general repairs.
- Requires use of hand and power tools
- Requires physical labor - moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, no fear of heights indoors and outdoors in varying internal and external weather conditions.
- Must pass related background checks with no criminal records.
- May be required to pass an illegal Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Valid Unexpired Driver's License for driving personal and credit union owned vehicles to work in all assigned locations.
- Professional appearance required with No Visible tattoo’s, facial or tongue piercings.
