Card Services Member Information Line

Access to your credit card information anytime, anywhere, nationwide!

Our Card Services Information Line is an audio response unit or "electronic voice" communications system. It will allow you to access up-to-date credit card information, and perform multiple account inquiries quickly and easily, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week when you call our national toll-free 800 number.

Accessing Member Information Line is as easy as 1-2-3!

Below are step-by-step directions to obtain your credit card account information quickly and easily.

Call 1-800-433-0505

Simply call on our national 800 number. After your call has been connected, a message will welcome you to the Card Services Information Line and prompt you to choose your language preference. If you are calling from a rotary dial telephone please stay on the line, and you will be transferred to a member services representative during normal business hours (see hours of operation).

Select Your Options

After selecting your language preference, you must choose one of the following options:

  • Press 1 - To Report a Lost or Stolen Card
  • Press 2 - For Account Inquiries
  • Press 3 - Merchant Verifications
When selecting Option 2 you will then be prompted to enter your 16-digit Visa account number and your zip code through the keypad on your touch-tone telephone.

Directory Options for Account Inquiries

Press 1 - General Account Information

  • Balance
  • Available Credit
  • Payment Activity

Press 2 - Last 5 Transactions

  • Request a Copy of your Most Recent Statement

Press 3 - Payment Options

Press 4 - Information on a Disputed Transaction

Press 5 - Credit Limit Change

  • Update Account Information (address, telephone number...)
  • Request damaged card replacement

Press 9 - To reach a Member Service Representative

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Eastern Time
Monday through Friday
(except major holidays)
